When preparing for a scheduled meeting

Today, use the separate Google Calendar connection for the attendee list and join link. Bringing Gmail activity into that preparation remains planned.

Start with what works today.

For meeting schedules, connect Google Calendar from Settings, then Integrations in the Mac app. Google Workspace mail context is not available through that calendar connection.
